At Forno 46, we make pizza the way it should be made with time, attention, and soul.
We don’t cut corners. Our dough rests for 48 hours, slow-fermented to develop structure, lightness, and flavour. Every base is hand-stretched, stone-fired, and finished with the best ingredients we can find from trusted local growers, cheesemakers, and small producers who care about food as much as we do.
We believe good pizza should feel special without being complicated.
